Customer Issue: Mr. Bailey’s attic insulation had gotten stringy, dank, and full of dirt and moisture.
Our Solution: Stripping, chipping, and peeling out the old damp insulation gave us clean wood to work with. After cleaning and sanding the walls, rafters, and roof beams, our team made sure to fit every sheet of insulation perfectly into place, drill it in, and seal the gaps with foam.

Customer Issue: A major leak in the ground floor did significant damage to the customer’s crawl space and its insulation.
Our Solution: After vacuuming and scrubbing the crawl space dry and clean, our crawl space specialist assessed the damage without anything in the way. The insulation all had to be stripped out and replaced, as did a section of drywall that had warped from the water and begun disintegrating.

Customer Issue: Wanted to prevent rats from entering their home.
Our Solution: After locating and removing the leftover nest in the attic, we sealed every potential entry point we could find using a combination of steel wool, caulking, and chicken wire which will discourage rodents from reaching the caulk and biting through it.

Customer Issue: Damp spots in the attic.
Our Solution: We first checked the attic for signs of mold. Finding a number of black spots we decided to take the necessary precautions to avoid spreading the potential harmful spores. We proceeded to cut and scrape off all the damaged sections and then used high power vacuum equipment to directly remove all the affected material into our track mounted rubbish bags.

Customer Issue: Wanted mold-safe insulation.
Our Solution: Closed cell spray foam doesn't retain moisture, therefor preventing mold or mildew from growing. We used this type to apply to the cavities of the customer's attic, making sure the airtight seal was achieved to avoid air loss as well.

Customer Issue: Fluctuating home temperature.
Our Solution: Our professionals explained the benefits of radiant barriers, and when the customer decided to have it installed, got to work stapling the foil beneath the rafters of the roof. We ensured that every part was covered up for maximum efficiency.

Customer Issue: Needed fresh insulation.
Our Solution: We helped the customer determine what fresh insulation material would better suit her building's needs and help to keep the temperature regulated properly. Our team than quickly got spray foam insulation installed to avoid distracting the workers for very long.
