Here’s all the information you need!
After years of cleaning residential and commercial attics, we believe there’s no problem we can’t solve. If you have any questions, check our FAQ section here below!
Can I decontaminate my home's attic myself?
This is not advised because decontaminations are done with a special spraying tool to apply the sterilization and should only be handled by a professional who is wearing appropriate safety gear. Aside from risking your health attempting to do it yourself, you also likely wouldn't complete the job as thoroughly as a technician. They will carefully go over the entire area to make sure that every bit of it is decontaminated, otherwise there may still be diseases from rodent waste lingering around.
Can I clean my crawl space myself?
The crawl space is a very small area that's easy to get stuck in if you aren't careful, so unless you have a lot of experience, it's best to allow a technician to do it for you. It's important that the crawl space is thoroughly cleaned to prevent further issues, and an expert will also be able to notice signs of potential problems. There may be water damage, animal infestations, or even mold that they can catch before too much harm is done.
How to rodent proof my attic?
First of all, find and seal with steel mesh any entry points in the outer walls of your house, even those as small as a bottle cap! Then, repair any holes you find in the roofing and replace the old shingles. Also, you might want to cover all your vents and chimneys, and trim the trees surrounding your home to at least 8 ft away. To make sure rodents stay out, you can always combine your efforts with our team of professionals!
